In addition, we offer services like high volume ETL strategy, design and development; data modeling; production support/maintenance; information based application development and information access & presentation. IA has an experienced and trained knowledge management team which has worked on data warehousing, business intelligence & advanced BI (customer analytics, customer segmentation, churn prediction, cross/up sell, etc.), customer information integration & business solution projects.

IA is currently in the process of implementing the CMMI Level 2 standard. By adopting the CMMI approach, IA intends to streamline its processes even more and achieve higher standards and quality.
